The city of Minneapolis has released it’s a draft 10-year Climate Equity Plan on April 19. While the city’s draft plan had good long term goals, it lacked the timeline, concrete steps and investment needed in order to transform Minneapolis to an equitable clean energy city that we can be proud of. Let’s ensure Minneapolis makes the next 10 years count. We know that our calls and letters have been working to push the city in the right direction. If you live, play, work or worship in Minneapolis, the city has invited you to submit a comment. Here’s how:

1. Look at the city’s draft Minneapolis Climate Equity Plan (you do not need to read the entire plan in order to comment)
2. Read our coalition’s plan review – what’s good and what’s missing 
3. Comment on the draft plan
