The First Unitarian Society of Minneapolis (FUS) will be hosting a series of online events in celebration of Earth Day. They will be broadcast live on FUS’s website and its YouTube channel.

From 10:30–11:15 a.m. on Sunday, Apr. 18, join us for Sunday Assembly with special guest Dr. Sam Grant, Executive Director of MN350, speaking on “From Climate Apartheid to the Beloved Community of All Life.”

Immediately after that, from 11:15 a.m.–1 p.m., stay for a special coffee hour chat with Dr. Grant in the “Talk of the Talk” Zoom breakout room.

Then, from 1–2:30 p.m., join us live for “Clean Up Our Act MN” with special guest Rep. Frank Hornstein and other presenters on state and federal climate bills to support.

At 6 p.m. on Thursday, Apr. 22, FUS will be hosting the online video for The Story of Plastic. (When asked for a password, enter Earth Day.) It will be followed by a Q&A session.
