MN350 and MN350 Action Executive Director
Many of you may have seen the news that 350.org is pausing its United States programming as part of a larger restructuring. This is difficult news for our movement, and my heart is with the staff whose roles were affected. Their work has supported climate action for years, and I am grateful for everything they have contributed.
I want to make sure our community knows that this change does not impact MN350. We are a legally and financially independent organization. We were founded here, we are staffed here, and Minnesota communities shape every part of our work. Our programs, campaigns, and staffing continue without interruption.
MN350 will also remain an active member of the 350 Network Council, a coalition of strong organizations across the country working together on long-term movement building. That collaboration continues.
In this moment, state and local leadership are driving some of the most important climate progress in the country. Minnesota is one of the clearest examples of what is possible. Volunteers, partners, and community members are pushing forward work on clean energy, transit justice, public health, and environmental justice every day. That momentum is not slowing down.
Our mission stays steady. We will continue to organize, educate, and advocate for a just and healthy future for all Minnesotans. Thank you for being part of this community and for everything you do to keep this movement strong.
