The MN350 Education and Community Outreach (ECO) Team puts on Welcome Events, we talk to people at street fairs.
We provide a space for Minnesotans to come together, rural and urban, white, Black and brown, to talk about how they’re feeling about climate change, and meet others who feel the same way. And then do something about it together.
MN350’s ECO team works to build an unstoppable climate movement by bringing laughter and learning and engaging people at events, house parties, tabling outreach, trainings, movie nights and more. Our current projects include Welcome Event planning and Statewide Organizing.
The people representative in the climate justice movement are not fully representative of Minnesota. While everyone will be affected when it comes to the climate crisis, it’s people currently on the margins who will feel a greater impact. Our work aims to bring understanding and inspiration, as well as to seed new relationships statewide, to bring about a vibrant, flourishing, multiracial, intersectional, climate justice movement.
