St Paul 350

September 9, 2019, 6:30pm - 8:30pm

Who should decide St. Paul’s Energy Future—our communities or corporations? Our team is discussing next steps as the city releases the next draft of our Climate Action and Resilience Plan, and as we prepare to host a debate on energy and democracy for Ward 6 city council candidates. We are also responding to Xcel Energy’s Integrated Resource Plan, which will include buying and building new fracked gas power plants. Join us on Monday, September 9, 6:30-8:30 at First Lutheran Church (Urban Roots Building), 463 Maria Ave, St. Paul MN 55106. Contact chelsea@mn350.org for more information.

Also mark your calendars for our Ward 6 city council candidate forum on Energy Democracy coming up on Oct. 1 at Arlington Hills Rec Center, and Oct. 28 for the St. Paul public hearing on Xcel Energy’s proposed Integrated Resource Plan. More details coming soon.
