MN350 statement on the West Virginia v. EPA Supreme Court Ruling
In today’s decision on West Virginia v. EPA, the Supreme Court chose to side with fossil fuel executives, limiting the government’s ability to act on climate change. This decision threatens the clean air, clean water, a stable climate and the equitable future that our children and grandchildren deserve. Corporate polluters must be held accountable, not emboldened to prioritize their profits. We are resolute in our commitment to ensure that everyone, regardless of race, class, or geography, has a future free from polluted air and water.
